The Office Manager position is a full-time role that involves providing organizational and administrative support to the Center. This highly visible position requires interaction with various stakeholders, including faculty, students, donors, vendors, and justice-impacted people.

The Policy Attorney will join the Deason Center’s policy team, focusing on the national Day One campaign, which advocates for prompt and effective legal representation for all arrested people. The role supports this multi-state effort, participates in interdisciplinary research on the right to counsel, and promotes access to counsel in small, tribal, and rural (STAR) communities. The attorney will also engage with the broader SMU Law community.
